For any return, you must have an RMA number issued by Web Infusions, LLC customer support. If for some reason you wish to return your infusion jar and there is nothing wrong with the merchandise, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on the total purchase price. You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs. We must receive the returned merchandise in its original condition complete with any literature or recipe book that was originally shipped with the merchandise. All returns must be packed sufficiently. We will not refund any broken items that were damaged upon return, due to insufficient packing. The photo below shows how to pack your return.

Please remember, you must have an RMA number issued from Web Infusions, LLC Customer Support Department. Otherwise, your return is not valid.

YOU MUST FOLLOW STANDARD PACKING GUIDELINES FOR ALL RMAS. WE CANNOT REFUND YOUR RETURN IF IT ARRIVES DAMAGED.If your return arrives damaged, you must file a reimbursement claim with your shipping carrier.

All items are sold as shown in our photos. If there is an issue with your purchase, you must notify us, via e-mail, within 10 days from delivery of your purchase. Otherwise your sale is considered final. Please use the e-mail address or form below for all communication regarding purchases.
