We strive to make your purchasing experience as pleasurable as possible. Your satisfaction is our primary goal. Your order will take 48 hours to process. During this time your transaction will be ran through a series of extensive fraud checks.Your order will then be shipped according to the method selected. (example: Fed Ex ground) If you have selected overnight shipping, your order will be shipped 48 hours after placing the order, at the very latest. The following are the Terms of Sale for Web Infusions, LLC. Again we thank you for your order.
Terms of Sale
All Customer transactions are subject to these terms and conditions and all additional terms and conditions presented on or accompanying a Web Infusions, LLC Estimate or Web Infusions, LLC Order confirmation. Web Infusions, LLC specifically rejects and Customer disclaims all printed provisions in Customer's printed Purchase Orders including associated forms and/or documents. These terms and conditions, together with the Web Infusions, LLC Order confirmation shall constitute the entire agreement between Web Infusions, LLC and Customer with respect to any Purchase Order, Estimate, and/or Service provided hereunder. These terms and conditions supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations written or oral. Any amendment of these terms and conditions must be in writing and signed by an agent of Web Infusions, LLC to be binding on Web Infusions, LLC.

Web Infusions, LLC warrants that it will replace or refund any products purchased through our website, fax orders, or mailed order forms at any time within 10 days following your purchase of the item. Refunds will be less any applicable charges, including, but not limited to: restocking fees, shipping and handling, missing components. For more detailed information regarding the above, please see RETURN POLICY listed below.
All glassware sole by Web Infusions, LLC meets USDA standards for chemical content.
The foregoing warranty and return policy is made expressly in lieu of any other warranties or guaranties. Web Infusions, LLC expressly disclaims all other warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Products are sold as is, without any warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties so these limitations may not apply to you. The warranties set forth herein give you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. If a product has been purchased for consumer use as defined by 15 u.s.c. § 2301, any implied warranty or warranties shall expire on expiration of any express warranty
Limitation of Liability
Web Infusions, LLC will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. Web Infusions, LLC will not be liable for products or services not being available for use or for lost time, wages or materials. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, Web Infusions, LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase(s) under this agreement.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold completely harmless Web Infusions, LLC from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the products purchased via the site.
Prices:
Prices and shipping charges are provided on Customer's order form available on the website. Shipments will contain packing lists devoid of listed charges. Detail invoices are available upon request.
Web Infusions, LLC reserves the right to change prices at anytime without notification to the customers. Customer orders predating any price changes will be honored at the contractual price at the time of purchase. Web Infusions, LLC has no obligation to prorate the cost of an item after the change in price, unless explicitly warranted in writing.
BILLING
At the time of Checkout, Web Infusions, LLC will charge your credit card for the cost of the order. Fax and Mail orders will be processed at the time of fulfillment. Wholesale orders can be extend net 30 terms upon request.
SALES TAX
Only those customers residing in the state of Texas will have sales tax added to their orders.
PAYMENT TERMS
Customer is required to pay shipping and handling, unless otherwise noted by Web Infusions, LLC. Invoices net 30 must be paid in 30 days from receipt of Invoice. There is no discount on net 30 for early payment.

Checks are only accepted for net 30 invoices and mail orders with prior approval from Web Infusions, LLC. Mail orders will be processed after the check clears.
Insufficient Funds / Disputed Payment / Held Payment Policy Web Infusions, LLC will assess a $35.00 fee to any account whose payment is NSF (i.e. bounced check), returned, held or otherwise put into dispute. In addition, your account will also be billed for the interest on that amount. The interest rate shall be the maximum allowable by law. This policy covers bounced payments, returned payments, insufficient funds, holds in escrow by credit card or other payment services, bankruptcy filings or any other form of payment removal or hold placed after the physical goods have been shipped.
Overdue Invoice Policy
In the event that an invoice goes past 90 days, interest will start to be added on to the payment. The interest rate shall be the maximum allowable by law. This policy covers, but is not limited to, projects that have been completed, partial payment on invoices, orders completed pending payment. Web Infusions, LLC reserves the right to charge customers with overdue invoice prior to completing any future projects. Web Infusions, LLC reserves the right to sell outstanding invoices past 180 days to collection agencies.
Order Processing
Web Infusions, LLC will process all orders within 1-3 business days, however, Web Infusions, LLC will not be liable for orders not processed within that time frame. Orders with special circumstances or custom etching will take an additional 7-10 business days to fulfill, however, Web Infusions, LLC will not be liable for orders not processed within that time frame.
PACKAGING and SHIPMENT
All items shall be suitably packed for shipment. Web Infusions, LLC may charge for packing and/or packaging including special documentation to comply with Customer requirements. All items are visual inspected for structural defects prior to shipping and are packed in compliance with FedEx shipping regulations.
All items will be shipped via FedEx at the customer’s speciation of delivery method. However, Web Infusions, LLC will not be liable for variance of the method specified and the method shipped, except in the event that the method shipped has a later delivery date than the method specified. Web Infusions, LLC may at its discretion, change the shipping method to a faster method of delivery at no cost to the customer.
Shipment Date for orders are estimated by Web Infusions, LLC, but is not guaranteed by Web Infusions, LLC . Shipment within the continental United States are made Web Infusions, LLC shipping location at Irving, TX 75039 and is contingent upon specific performance from FedEx.
Customer, regardless of the circumstances, will not hold Web Infusions, LLC liable for any liabilities, penalties, or charges of any nature due to the late performance of any delivery date. Web Infusions, LLC assumes no liability for any direct or liquidated damages during shipment or delivery of items.
In the event of shipment delay requested by Customer or a delay caused by lack of shipping instructions, Web Infusions, LLC will store all items covered thereby at Customer's risk and expense. Web Infusions, LLC will invoice the Customer at the full price for the items including an additional storage fee, if applicable.
International Shipments may be sent USPS. The customer will be liable for any applicable customs duties and tariffs.
Orders with a P.O. Box listed as the delivery address may be sent USPS at the discretion of Web Infusions, LLC.
Return Policy:
In the event that the merchandise must be returned to Web Infusions, please contact sales@glassbeveragedispenser.com with a brief description of the issue within 10 days of receipt. Certain issues, such as damaged products, may not warrant a return. If a return or exchange is authorized, a RMA number and shipping instructions will be provided.
Do not send the item back to the original shipping address as it may not be received. Items without an RMA may be refused.
Items cannot be returned for the following circumstances:

Items with mould marks/lines/air bubbles

Items with Custom Etching.

Items not reported within 10 days of receipt

Items that are not defective.

Items that have been used beyond the leak test

Items that have been damaged by customer negligence
While we cannot accept returns for the above situations, we do have remedies available. Please contact sales@glassbeveragedispenser.com if your order falls in that category.
Return shipping to Web Infusions is responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that the return item is properly packed and securely wrapped. We will not accept broken items at our facility.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders placed after 11:00 AM Central Time cancelled prior to 11:00 AM Central Time the next business day, and orders placed after 12:00 AM Central Time (Midnight) cancelled prior to 11:00 AM Central Time the same business day, will be refunded 100% of the cost.
Orders placed after the above limits, but cancelled prior to shipping, will be refunded 100% the cost less a 10% handling fee. Web Infusions, LLC may elect to waive the handling fee if the order had not yet entered production; however, Web Infusions, LLC is under no obligation to do so.
Orders that are cancelled after leaving Web Infusions, LLC, will be refunded 100% of the cost less applicable shipping charges and 20% restocking fee.
Orders that involve custom etching will only be refunded if the customer communicates their request for cancellation prior to initiation of the etching process. For more information, please see ETCHING section below.
Damaged, Incorrect and Defective Items Policy
Web Infusions, LLC will accept damaged or defective merchandise for exchange of same merchandise within 10 days of your receipt of order. Errors in an order must also be reported within 10 days of your receipt of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully inspect merchandise within 10 days and ensure all items are included. Return shipping of damaged or defective merchandise to Web Infusions, LLC is solely the responsibility of the customer. Damaged merchandise in transit is handled through Web Infusions, LLC Customer Service. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact Web Infusions, LLC Customer Service to initiate a claim. Failure to follow instructions regarding the claim can and will nullify and/or delay any exchange of merchandise by Web Infusions, LLC
Change Request Policy
Web Infusions, LLC will make best efforts to honor changes to customer’s orders. If the change incurs additional cost, Web Infusions, LLC will communicate that to the customer and require approval prior to making the change. Orders that have left our facility, or have started the etching process, are unable to be changed.
For wholesale projects, any changes must be faxed to Web Infusions, LLC. Additional fees may apply to scope changes. Please see the wholesale methodology section for more information.
International orders
Web Infusions, LLC will ship internationally. For international orders, we ask customers use the printable order form and fax it to Web Infusions, LLC. Shipping will then be calculated and shipped USPS. Customer will be responsible for all applicable tariffs, customs, and duties.
International orders will be accepted via the website.
Wholesale
The customer agrees to the wholesale methodology. Terms expressed in the wholesale methodology do not supersede the terms and conditions herein.
Etching
Due to the nature of Etching, orders with custom etching will take an additional 7-10 business days to fulfill. Items with etching cannot be returned or refunded, except in the following circumstances:
A prototype sample may be requested prior to processing the order. Web Infusions, LLC will then provide a graphic that will approximate what the jar may look like. Customer acknowledges the prototype is not actual product and may vary after production.
Governing Venue
This Agreement, the entire relationship between you and Web Infusions, LLC, and any litigation or other legal proceeding between you and Web Infusions, LLC (whether grounded in tort, contract, law or equity) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to its choice of law rules. This contract is fully performable in Dallas County, Texas.
SURVIVAL OF TERMS
The termination or cancellation of any Web Infusions, LLC Order or any relationship created hereunder between the parties or the delivery of Material or performance of Services under Web Infusions, LLC Order shall not affect each party's obligations and rights under these terms and conditions, which by their nature, survive, notwithstanding such termination, cancellation , delivery or performance.
Intellectual Property Rights.
Web Infusions, LLC owns the rights to all images and text on, but not exclusively limited to, the website, recipe book, printed materials, and other digital medium. Aforementioned graphics and text cannot be used by the Customer or a third party without prior written consent from Web Infusions, LLC.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Web Infusions, LLC is not liable for any typographic errors contained herein.
Web Infusions, LLC reserves the right to change and modify the terms of sale at any time, without prior notice to the customer. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms of Sale periodically and/or prior to new orders for modifications and changes to the document.
