We offer wholesale pricing glass jar orders starting at 20 items. All of our infusion bottles are available for wholesale pricing and we offer a few glass jars available for wholesale only. The next price discount is at 10 items. The discount is automatically calculated thru the shopping cart.
We offer complete customization of our infusion jars. This includes color screen printing and etching of logos for wholesale glass jar orders if desired. In addition, we can customize our infusion jars with spigots, cork lids, and stands. Don't forget about marbles for your glass jar, also available for wholesale glass jar projects.
Our wholesale glass jar pricing is volume driven and depends on the volume ordered. We are open to negotiating all pricing, providing a certain volume achieved. We are very interested in becoming your vendor of choice for infusion jars and specialty glassware. We offer wholesale pricing on our glass jars for customers in several industries. Bar and restaurant, Ad specialty, vodka distillers, and other vendors of glassware are just a few. Most of these orders were fully customized for large quantities of glass jars, but we still take wholesale orders for quantities of glass jars beyond what we retail on the website.

We do not keep a regular inventory of these glass jars and require additional lead time for fulfillment of projects utilizing these wholesale glass jars. Web Infusions, LLC Wholesale Project Details 2005
Hello and thank you for choosing Web Infusions, LLC for your specially glassware needs. Please take some time to review our standard wholesale project details. The answers to most questions can be found on this page. Please do not hesitate to e-mail us with your more specific questions.
The standard methodology for a wholesale project with Web Infusions, LLC is as follows:
1. Client reviews general wholesale information and specifies an exact style and quantity of items to be ordered.
2. Client provides any artwork to be used in the project in EPS format 300 DPI or better.
3. Web Infusions, LLC will provide general cost of project and completion dates.
4. Client may wish to have preproduction prototype produced at cost. (Cost of preproduction sample will be refunded to client upon successful completion of wholesale order. Credit will be given on final invoice.)
5. Web Infusions, LLC will provide a project estimate, outlining the details and scope of the project.
6. Client signs off on the project estimate.
7. Client may supply a company generated purchase order. When a purchase order is not available, a signed project estimate generated by Web Infusions, LLC will suffice. If using a Project estimate from Web Infusions, LLC, a valid credit card must be on file prior starting the project. These are the only binding terms allowed. Verbal conversations are not binding and are informational only. Bottom line is that if it is not on the purchase order or project estimate, then it is not binding.
8. Project commences and is delivered to the client as defined in the purchase order or project plan.
9. All shipments are delivered in bulk via Fed Ex Freight unless prior arrangements have been made. Any damage in transit must be noted upon receipt of shipment on bill of lading with shipping carrier.
10. Final invoice is submitted via fax or e-mail to client. Terms: Standard net 30 days. New clients are required to place a 50% deposit or supply the appropriate credit references.
The following is our general wholesale pricing. Therefore, this should be considered informational only and not binding in any way. Web Infusions, LLC accepts purchase orders as a binding agreements for projects. When purchase orders are not available, signed project estimates generated by Web Infusions, LLC may be substituted for purchase orders. Web Infusions, LLC retains the right to change any component of this information at any time.
Time frame for delivery is 15 days plus transit time. Without artwork or customizations is generally much quicker.

Volume pricing depends on the quantity ordered and is volume driven. Our discounts are as follows:
6 - 10 items 10% from retail price
10 - 20 items 15% from retail price

- Engraving your personalized infusion jar may take from 3 to 10 days at our standard price per customization. Typically, orders are shipped withing 5 days.
- Expedited 2 day customization is available for an additional $10 per each spigot jar. You must e-mail for expedited etching.
- You may also select a "gold fill" to be added to your personalized infusion jar for an additional $7.50 per spigot jar. Please see photo below for example.
- You will be prompted for the name of the font and the type of etching you would like on your infusion jar during the ordering process.
- For custom phrases, the font size may be adjusted to properly size the phrase on your style of spigot jar.
- **Please note, we design our TRADITIONAL three initial monograms so that the initial corresponding to the person's LAST NAME is in the CENTER surrounded on the left by the initial corresponding to the person's FIRST name, and on the right by the initial corresponding to the person's MIDDLE name. Also, the center initial is LARGER than the surrounding initials. Please keep this in mind when ordering this style and list the letters required in this order (initial for first name, initial for last name, initial for middle name). Our STANDARD three initial monogram is FIRST NAME, then MIDDLE NAME, finally LAST NAME. Thank you!
Each infusion jar is hand etched with amazing detail & care. Each customized spigot jar is a one of a kind work of art that is sure to bring years of enjoyment. Because these infusion jars are one of a kind there are no returns on any customized infusion jars, unless there is a flaw with the artwork.

Requirements:
Purchase orders will only be accepted from companies or government agencies within the US. We are unable to accept PO's from outside the United States. Purchase orders must be signed and they must include an e-mail address and be faxed to +1 501-639-8639.
